Serves2-3 People

Ingredients:


  • 250gm lady finger (cut into roundels).
  • 1/4 cup tomatoes – thinly sliced.
  • 1/2 cup onion – thinly sliced.
  • 3 tablespoon oil.
  • 3 green chilies – slit.
  • 1/2 inch ginger cut into juliennes.
  • 6 garlic pods – crushed.
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala.
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder.
  • Few sprigs of chopped coriander leaves.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • Salt as per taste.

Method:


  1. Take a pan and heat some oil in it, add onions, ginger as well as garlic green chilies fry them for few minutes and Mix them all well.
  2. Include bhindi in to this mixture and toss it carefully.
  3. Include salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder as well as chat masala.
  4. Leave it to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Include chopped tomatoes as well as offer it a toss and allow it to cook for 5 more minutes (or until tomatoes become soft).
  6. Now turn off the flame and Include lemon juice and mix it well.
  7. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and lemon slices.
