Ingredients:


  • Dry Spices
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 teaspoon fennel Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera
  • 4 pepper corns
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Seeds
  • 2 Cardamoms

Saute:

  • 2 onions (cut lengthwise)
  • 1 large Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Gravy:

  • 1 capsicum (diced)
  • 1 baby onions (cubed)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 green Chillies (cut lengthwise)
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Aamchur Powder.
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste.
  • 250 gms Paneer.

Method:


  1. Roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, cardamoms, pepper, corns in a heated pan for about a minute.
  2. Open up the cardamom pods and also let the seeds remain in the mix.
  3. Let the mixture cool.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan, include the onions to it and saute.
  5. On the other hand grind the dry roasted seeds in a grinder making a smooth powder.
  6. Once the onions transforms brown, add the tomatoes and cook it till the tomatoes turn soft.
  7. Include salt and also mix every little thing well.
  8. Put the material in the grinder with the powdered spices in it.
  9. Add raw mango powder (Amchur) as well as grind it to earn a smooth paste.
  10. Add water if required.
  11. Include butter in a pan and add ginger and garlic paste to it.
