Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe by Dawat-E-Swaad

Eggless Chocolate Brownie Recipe by Dawat-E-Swaad

Serves4-6 People

Ingredients:-


  • 80gm Melted Butter
  • 160gm melted Dark Chocolate (54% dark chocolate)
  • 180gm Condensed Milk
  • 125gm All Purpose Flour
  • 30gm Yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Few drops of Vanilla Essence
  • 50gm Chocolate Cubes
  • Soft butter and flour for dusting the mould

 

For Sauce and Garnish

  • 100ml milk cream
  • 100gm melted dark chocolate
  • 100gm Ice cream

Method:-


  1. Take a big bowl and add melted butter (also grease it’s all sides with butter). Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius
  2. Now add condensed milk and whisk them together very well.
  3. Add 30gm yogurt and 1 teaspoon vanilla essence to the butter mix and whisk again so they get completely mix with each other.
  4. Add melted dark chocolate and gently whisk it well until it completely mix with butter mixture.
  5. Now add dry ingredients with Sieving flour, baking powder and baking soda into the wet chocolate mixture and mix them gently with spatula.
  6. Add the chocolate cubes and mix well.
  7. Now take mould 8×8 in size and 2 inches deep (or you can take any size you want as per you dish), grease it with butter (from sides and bottom) well and dust it with some flour.
  8. Pour this brownie mix in the prepared mould and adjust your mix equally from all sides.
  9. Now Place the mould in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
  10. Check if the brownie is done with a toothpick (it should come out clean)
  11. Once cooled down, use a thin knife to loosen the sides and de-mould on a plate. (you can take help of 2 plates, 1st for de-mould and 2nd for turn the brownie)
  12. Cut it into desired number of pieced.

For Chocolate sauce and Finishing

  1. For the sauce in a bowl take 100ml cream (you can use mother dairy cream) and Mix 100gm melted hot dark chocolate in it and whisk them well.
  2. Place the brownie pieces in plate and place one scoop of ice cream on the top.
  3. Now on the top pour some hot chocolate sauce.
