Ingredients:


  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1.5 tablespoon chopped ginger
  • 1.5 tablespoon Chopped garlic
  • 1/4 green capsicum
  • 1/4 yellow capsicum
  • 3 cups vegetable
  • 1 cup mushrooms (finally sliced)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/4th cup green sprouts
  • 1/4th cup cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 carrot (straws)
  • 1.5 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  • Salt and pepper to Taste
  • Couple of spinach leaves
  • 1.5 tablespoon cornflour
  • Water

Method:


  1. Heat oil in a pot as well as include ginger and garlic to it.
  2. Saute it for couple of seconds.
  3. Include green and yellow bell peppers and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  4. Add vegetable stock and also let it begin steaming.
  5. Add mushrooms, green chilli, green sprouts, shredded cabbage, carrot straws, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce, salt, pepper and also let boil for around 2 minutes.
  6. Tear some spinach leaves and add it to the boiling soup.
  7. Mix stock as well as cornflour in a dish and include it to the soup.
  8. Boil the soup for an additional 2- 3 minutes and the soup is ready to be offered Hot.
