ITALIAN TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE | ITALIAN CAKE of this popular desert translate as “Pick me up”, which is said to derive from the fact that it is so good that it literally makes you swoon when you eat it.

Up until this Season , I always thought the Good Tiramisu I ever had was in Several Parties, at this sweet little western Dessert ….Eventually  I think I’ve changed my thought process. My blog reader wants Not How to make Tiramisu, Actually they wants how to present Tiramisu. Dawat E Kitchen finally presenting you this Infamous  Recipe, it was good, very creamy and delicious, but I was never thrilled with how it held up.  I have visited so many websites, everyone have their own beautiful recipes, but damn sure you will not get these kind of presentation which is usually a common issue for Non-professionals. ITALIAN TIRAMISU CAKE RECIPE | ITALIAN CAKE

Ingredients:


  • Eggs (Separated)  3No
  • Mascarpone Cheese  450gm
  • Vanilla Sugar  1sachet
  • Cold Black Coffee 175ml
  • Kahlua  120ml
  • Savoiardi  18
  • Cocoa powder For Dusting

For Garnish:

  • Chocolates
  • Cherry
  • Strawberry
  • Decorated Chocolate Sheet
  • Mango Cube
  • Blueberry

Method:


  1. Put the egg whites in the grease free bowl and whisk with an electrical mixer until stiff and in peaks.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, Vanilla sugar and egg yolks in a separate large bowl and whisk with the electrical mixer until evenly combined. Fold in the Egg whites, then put a few spoonfuls of the mixture in the bottom of the large serving bowl and spread it out evenly.
  3. Mix the coffee and liqueur together in a shallow dish. Dip a sponge finger in the mixture, turn it quickly so that it become saturated but does not disintegrate, and place it on top of the mascarpone in the bowl. Add five more dipped sponge fingers, placing them side by side.
  4. Spoon in about one-third of the remaining mixture and spread it out. Make more layers in a same way ending with mascarpone. Level the surface, and then sift cocoa power all over. Cover and chill overnight. Before serving sprinkle with cocoa and grated chocolate..
