KADAK PANEER RECIPE (CRISPY FRIED COTTAGE CHEESE BAR)

 

INGREDIENTS:


  • Paneer – 400gms
  • Ginger garlic paste– 25 gms
  • Green chilli – 4-5 nos
  • Coriander leaf – 25 gms
  • Mint – 10 gms
  • Chat masala- as per taste
  •  whole coriander- 5 gms
  • Lemon- 1no
  • Hot spice podwer – 5 gms
  • black pepper- 5gms
  • elaichi powder- 5 gms
  • Ghee – 30 ml
  • Corn flour – 100 gms
  • Bread crumb- 100 gms
  • Egg – 3 nos
  • Seasoning – as req
  • Refined oil – 150 ml

METHOD:


  1. Cut paneer into finger shape and store.
  2. Make a marination for paneer,
  3. Take a bowl add finger shape paneer,salt,chat masala, chop coriander, crush whole coriander, chop green chillies, ginger garlic paste, chop mint, hot spice powder, lemon juice,Elachi Powder, Black pepper.
  4. Prepare a batter with corn flour and egg white and dip each paneer, coated with bread crumb  and deep fry them till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney .
