Ingredients:


  • 1 cup entire wheat flour
  • 1 cup refined flour
  • Salt as needed
  • 1.5 Teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Ghee
  • Approximate 100 ml water

For layering

  • 3 Tablespoon Melted Ghee
  • 3 Tablespoon oil
  • 2 Tablespoon refined flour
  • Oil/ Ghee for pan frying

Method:


  1. Take 1 cup of refined flour in a bowl, add 1 cup of Whole Wheat flour, to this include powdered sugar, Salt to taste and also include some Ghee. Mix it well.
  2. Then add water as well as knead right into a soft dough for 5 to 7 minutes and cover it with a damped cloth. Allow it relax for around 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Separate the dough into 4 equal parts.
  4. Smear little oil and roll a part into a slim disc.
