Quick Easy Recipe of Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients:-


For the Ice Cream:-

  • 4 medium sized mangoes (chopped)
  • 400 gms. Condensed Milk
  • 450ml Heavy Whipping Cream
  • ½ teaspoon Yellow Food Colour (Optional)

For the Sugar Bowls:-

  • 150 gms. All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 150 ml. Milk
  • 50 gms. Melted Butter
  • 150 gms. Icing Sugar

Method:-


The Ice Cream:-

  1. Put all chopped mangoes in blender and make a puree of the mangoes.
  2. Now Transfer the mango puree in a pan on medium flame to reduce the amount of water in puree and keep stirring it and it will help to make puree more thicker. It will also help to avoid ice crystals in ice cream.
  3. Now let the puree cool down to room temperature on aside.
  4. Next Take a big bowl and put all Heavy Whipping Cream in it gently.
  5. Now add condensed milk in whipped cream and whip them both together until they become fluffy or forming stuff peaks.
  6. Add the cold mango puree to the whipped cream and whip them again now add the yellow food colour to it (optional).
    Now Transfer this mixture into a container and cover it with a cling wrap and freeze for 6 hours.

The Sugar Bowls:-

  1. Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour that is Maida, icing sugar (not powder sugar), melted butter, milk and whisk it all together. Keep aside for 2 hours.
  2. Now take a non-sticky pan and grease it with butter and pour the mixture on it on very low flame and spread the mixture all over the pan, try to make it as thin as you can and let it cook around one minute.
  3. Turn the pancake very gently so it won’t break and cook it for few more seconds.
  4. Now you need a muffin tin and lightly grease the bottom of a muffin tin and place the hot pancake on it and leave it for few minutes till it takes shape of a bowl when it cool down. Or you can place the pancake in the very small bowl (for e.g. very small bowl use to serve chutney) to get the shape of a bowl.
    After few minutes the pancake will become crispy from bottom and its sides.
  5. Now you can serve the Mango Ice Cream in this Crispy Sugar Bowl with some toppings of cherry or mint.
