Serves2-3 People

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup Babycorn halves
  • 1/2 cup mushroom halves
  • 1 cup asst bell pepper triangular
  • 1 tablespoon refined flour for dusting the vegetables

For the batter:

  • 1/2 cup refined flour
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper corn
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilled water for the batter

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon ginger garlic green chilly crushed
  • 2 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 3 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorn
  • Salt as required

Garnish:

  • Handful spring onion greens
  • 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds toasted

Method:


  1. In a bowl add refined flour and also corn flour in addition to salt, black pepper corn and mix it well.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Include cold water to the dried out flour mix and make a medium consistency dough.
  4. Coat the vegetables with refined flour and fry them individually one by one in hot oil on high flame.
  5. Heat oil in a pan, include crushed ginger garlic as well as green chilli and cook it well.
  6. Include chopped celery together with red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and salt. Mix it and also cook it well.
  7. Include the fried veggies to this sauce and give it a toss.
  8. Now you can serve it hot and also garnish it with spring onion green as well as toasted sesame seeds.
