Ingredients


  • 1 Cup Soya Chunks
  • Whole Seasonings (Spices)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Tomato – Chopped
  • 1 Carrot – Chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Grated Ginger
  • 1 Slit Green Chilly
  • 1/2 Cup French Beans
  • 1 Cup Rice – Soaked
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Coriander and Cumin seeds Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of Yogurt
  • Salt as per taste

Method


  1. To start making Soya Chunk Biryani Recipe you need hot water in a bowl and include salt. Add 1 Cup of Soya Chunks in hot water and leave it to soak in water for 15 minutes.
  2. In a cooker heat 1 and 1/2 Tablespoon of Oil and add whole spices.( Cinnamon sticks (dalchini), Bay Leaf, Cardamom and Cloves )
  3. Add 1 Tablespoon Cumin seeds and Onion slices. Once the onion become golden brown add one Tablespoon of grated Ginger, one slit green chili, One chopped and deseeded tomato, half mug of chopped French Beans, one chopped Carrot stir it for a minute.
  4. Now add all soaked rice and 1/2 teaspoon of Garam Masala, 1/4 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds and Cumin seeds powder, Salt to as per taste and mix it well
  5. Include 2 Tablespoon of Yougurt and mix it. Now include soaked Soya Chunks.
  6. Finally Include Coriander leaves and 2 mugs of water. Cover it and cook for 15 minutes.
