Ingredients


  • 200g paneer, cubed
  • 2 green chilies, – chopped
  • Onion paste (1 onion, 5 garlic cloves, and 1 inch piece of ginger ground to paste).
  • 1 teaspoon coriander-cumin seed powder.
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder.
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi.
  • 3 raw tomatoes – puree.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cream.
  • 2 tablespoon oil.
  • Water.

Method:


  1. In a pan heat 2 tablespoon oil, include 2 green chilies, onion paste and cook till the paste turns brownish.
  2. Include 1 teaspoon coriander and cumin seed powder, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon kasoori methi, coriander leaves, tomato puree and cook it on low flame until it is dried well.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of cream and mix it well.
  4. Include 1 cup paneer, some water and salt as required, give it a mix and leave it to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish it with some coriander leaves and 1 cube of butter.
  6. Spicy and tasty Dhaba Style Paneer Recipe is ready to be offered!
